Something for every gardener
Sustainable techniques for growing local food

This year’s theme focuses on improving individual and community health and wellbeing by applying sustainable techniques for growing your own fruits, vegetables, and herbs, and transitioning to locally sourced food.

We are also offering our usual variety of classes on garden maintenance and design, ornamental plants, gardening in a time of climate change, native plants, microclimates, and much more!

Half the classes offered this year are new, including mixing veggies into perennial gardens, roots and rare fruits, winter sowing and propagation, hügelkultur, exploring a windswept forest, futurescaping, resilient yards and ecosystems.

There will also be Make-n-Take classes, bookstore and book signing, free gardening demonstrations, and opportunity to speak with Master Gardeners. The Marketplace will feature a range of plants, trees, starts, dahlia tubers, handmade goodies and garden art, gardening tools, and local non-profit organizations.
